Following the success of This Is Small Business, Amazon expanded the podcast into a broader content network aimed at Gen Z audiences to help shift brand perception and build positive sentiment. I led the rebrand, crafting a fresh identity that centered authentic small business stories while subtly reinforcing Amazon’s role in their success. Through competitive research and multiple rounds of refinement, I developed the logo, color system, and podcast cover that define the brand today. Since launching on YouTube in late December, the channel has reached its subscriber goals and exceeded key industry benchmarks — driven entirely by organic growth.
