I contributed wireframes, creative direction, and visual design for Amazon’s Small Business Empowerment Report 2024, stepping in mid-project when the original UX wasn’t meeting leadership expectations. I audited the initial designs, identified gaps, and delivered new wireframes, layouts, and supplemental creative assets that balanced storytelling and data. My direction aligned the project with stakeholder goals, improved hierarchy, and highlighted real small business stories in a clear, engaging way. The final site launched and earned positive feedback for its user-centered narrative. This experience strengthened my ability to solve complex problems and collaborate cross-functionally under tight deadlines.
